"Hugs from Hollywood"...... A Great Idea For Great Causes.....

Last nite a group called Hugs from Hollywood hosted their first Party Hearty event at the Trocadero on the Sunset Strip.  The idea behind the event is for people to donate a special milestone like a birthday, anniversary, graduation, etc and Hugs from Hollywood  produces a party for that occassion with a sponsored venue, cake, DJ, celebs and drink specials.  Instead of presents your friends donate to a charity of your choice..... Great Idea... Great Karma!  Last nite we celebrated the birthday of the vibrant Catalina Rodas who actually created the idea and it was great.  Sponsors included Justin Timberlake and his new 901 Tequila.  Proceeds from Catalina's "donated birthday" will go directly to Sojourn Services for Battered Women and their Children in Santa Monica and the Trocadero is also donating all bar and food sales from people that were part of her group.  For more information contact Catalina@HugsfromHollywood.com .  Many Happy Returns!
