Francesco Quinn RIP 1963-2011.....Annual Marilyn Monroe Memorial Hosted by Greg Scheiner, Scott Fortner and the Marilyn Remembered Fan Club... Westwood Memorial Park


Actor Fransesco Quinn, the son of screen icon Anthony Quinn and noted costume designer Iolanda Addolori has died from a heart attack at age 48.  Condolences to his family, friends and loved ones.





Fans gather at Marilyn Monroe's crypt Friday August 5th following the annual memorial. It's been 49 years since her untimely passing in 1962. 
Marilyn's appeal is more popular than ever resonating with fans, like these 2 young women above pictured with Scott Fortner who were born decades after her passing.

Lois Banner, Noreen Siegel - her husband was MM's studio doctor ("She's just too sick to work") and singer Sue Ann Pinner who performed "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" and "Do Not Stand At My Grave and Weep" accompanied by Greg Schreiner.  Noreen first met Marilyn when she was still the beautiful teen aged Norma Jean.  The two modelled together on 1 of  Marilyn's first modelling shoots 
Actress/Artist Diana Herbert about to sign for a fan - her Dad, F. Hugh Herbert put Marilyn in her very first speaking part in his film "Scudda Hoo, Scudda Hay".  F. Hugh Herbert was the first president of the WGA and is famous for "The Moon Is Blue", "Kiss And Tell" and many other plays, books and movies
Marilyn Contemporary Kathleen Hughes (center) is married to "River of No Return" producer Stanley Rubin.

Marilyn Remember President Greg Schreiner welcomes people to the memorial while singer Sue Anne Pinner sits behind him. The reception that followed was held at the Andrew Weiss Gallery in Beverly Hills
